BOULDER, Colorado: Our property management team is excited to announce their
return on site to our apartment properties in Boulder and Longmont. After 5 years of
maintaining office space in our administrative offices at 6000 Spine Road in Boulder, we are thrilled to be entering back into the community.
Thistle’s CEO Paul D’Angelo says, “I am enthusiastic about being back on site. Our
teams are now more available to build relationships with our residents, who we view as
our partners. We’re passionate about serving their housing needs and being on site with them makes this even easier.”
Thistle manages 15 affordable rental properties in Boulder and Longmont. These
properties are currently supervised by a team of 15, including maintenance, and led by Portfolio Director Jessica Kronfuss. Assistant Property Manager Michelle Scott is
excited about the changes: “
I think us being on site makes us more accessible to our residents that have mobility issues, whether it be physical or logistical issue. This will make it so much easier for them to get to our new office, as we are on regular RTD bus routes. I also think that our presence will boost resident spirits, as we do really care about their housing, resident issues, and customer service. I am excited for all the changes that lay ahead!”
Residents can now visit our team of property managers on-site in Boulder and
Longmont to drop off monthly rent and speak with staff in person. You can find us at:
