Please fill out this simple introductory form below to the best of your abilities to complete our pre-screening process. This is the first step to renting an apartment from Thistle!

By submitting this form I understand that this is a prescreening form and not a formal application. Thistle staff will review my information and contact me regarding my eligibility for Thistle Community Housing. I understand that I will be required to complete a Thistle application form if I am eligible.
