While Thistle Community Housing’s Mission is to produce, preserve and protect affordable housing, it is also important to how we conduct ourselves as a Non-Profit in this work that we listen to and work with our residents as well as partner with service providers for the health, safety, security, and benefit of our community.

In listening to our residents, our community and even our team, we have heard the concerns about safety and security in our neighborhoods and questions on individual and family rights when it comes to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Believing knowledge is power, as well as respecting inherent individual and family rights and protections under the law and the U.S. Constitution, we are sharing the below links to our Thistle Family of Housing to include our Rental Residents, our Community Land Trust (CLT) Residents, and our Resident Owned Communities (ROC) to learn more. We would not be good stewards of our housing if we were not being good partners and listening to our residents and sharing valuable information to the individuals and families that make up our communities.
